So this definitely fits a Gen3 Starlink panel and can work, but it might not work for you without modification. I will get to the why in a second.The bracket that goes on the panel (pole adapter) is metal. Most other mounts I saw were not metal. I prefer it. That does mean that when sliding the panel onto the pole adapter, you could create scratches. I did. But I have this mounted 24 feet in the air, so I do not care.The arm adjusts to achieve 90 degrees from the wall with ease, even when on a ladder at 24 feet up. Just use a level. You can make it plumb when attaching by using the level when you have just one screw in. Easy.BUT, the antenna cannot rotate to any angle when on the pole. I could hit 315-358 degrees using my final selection of holes. If I used the other holes, I could not come close to 0 degrees. I got lucky. 358 was close enough for alignment according to the app. But, if I had to adjust it a few more degrees, I was going to pull out a drill or grinder to adjust the slots to make it so I could achieve the right angle. You may have to do that.It is sturdy when attached. Bolts can be tightened with the included 10mm wrench to make it not move. The wrench is actually quite nice. Nuts and bolts are zinc, so they will rust. None of the other mounts had stainless, so if you need stainless, make a trip to the store.I am satisfied but gave it 4 because not everyone will be able to live with the limited adjustment mentioned.

The item finally arrived a week later than the original delivery date. But, the item is mounted on my deck post and doing fine holding the Starlink platform.

I live in a rural desert community. Winds gust through here at high speeds regularly. Dust storms blow fast moving walls of thick dirt over our home almost monthly. The fit was spot on. Mount quality was exceptional. Took me all of 20 minutes to install, and it's functionality is - well - functional. It does its job of securing the dish and provides a sense of security knowing our stuff won't be...blown with the wind😉.
