I thought my battery was dead so I charged it and once it was charged, the solenoid kept clicking and clicking so I figured my battery must have been spent. I took the battery to a local part store and the guy tested it and said the battery was good and it was probably my solenoid, so I went ahead went online to Amazon. Define one versus pain.The thirty dollars plus for theirs and pick one up for about fourteen bucks. Install it and my mower's back up and operational. Thank you to this company for shipping this part fast because my grass is growing fast this time of year and I needed to cut it.

Works ok the mounting bracket is vertical the one I ordered was horizontal, I bent it down to make it fit. Time will tell

John Deere wanted $45 for this part. This was a lot less expensive. It was easy to install and so far it was very durable. And it also functions perfectly. And it fit just like the John Deere part.
