Got this as a gift for my mother. The shipping was super quick and arrived next day. I immediately took it to my mother where she was super impressed with everything about this item. She has hardwood floors and said this is easy for her to use, heats up quickly and makes cleaning easy. There are many extras that come with this set -- nothing else was needed . If you're looking to make your like easier and save time cleaning, buy this. Great investment!For reference, my parents are elderly so knowing this was easy to work for them made this a 5 star purchase.

It is very lightweight and very easy to operate, which is suitable for me, a housewife who doesn't like to work hard. I especially like its high-temperature steam function, which can deeply clean the gaps between tiles and hardwood floors, remove stubborn stains, and disinfect. I could not wait to get this out of the box and use it. I already had a steamer that is hand held but when I saw this one came with a mop feature I knew I had to have it. I have lenolium floors and usually use an Ocedar mop. But it gets too wet and I worry about water sitting. Plus I have to scrub really hard to get spots of food from my toddler up. This little light weight steamer that has mop attachments worked amazing and fast! Dried so quick and I love that I can just wash the cloth. It comes with a few! Plus I have dogs and they shed, normal moping doesn't do anything but push around the hair that the vaccum or broom missed. This caught it in the microfiber cloth! My whole living space is manufactured hardwood floors and needed a quick and easy way to clean them and this caught my eye. The high temperature coupled with the 1200watt cleaning power and extended cleaning time made for the perfect steaming mop for me. The price was very competitive and offered a great value with the accessories that were included. Continuous cleaning time was perfect for my apartment space of living room, kitchen and bedroom. The floors came out stunningly beautiful and clean-up was synch with the included disposable cleaning cloths. Another feature I liked that was really handy was the removable water tank that made filling the tank so much easier. This is great value to cost! Very nice steaming mop.

Has all parts included with it and cleaned very well with a very strong steam. Removed all my dirty spots on the floor within one wipe. It was also able to clean my stovetop and its grime off very well. So ecstatic I made this purchase, I love it!

A friend has long advised me to buy a steam cleaner. I am absolutely delighted! The tiles in the kitchen and bathroom are like fresh, mold and dirt on the seams between the tiles were washed off without any chemicals, which is very important for me since I am allergic to many things. It is very convenient to wash the floor, the brush is maneuverable and any stains are washed off perfectly. I am happy with the purchase, excellent quality of the product.
