Screw-type Tensioner Tool's Design and Structure

Operating Instruction 7 Steps
- Step 1 : Pass the steel band into the buckle wit 6cm reserved.
- Step 2 : Bend the reserved banding to fix the buckle.
- Step 3 : Reserve 10~15cm’s banding after the bundling.
- Step 4 : Clamp the band with banding tool, pull down the handle and tighten, adjust the appropriate tightness but avoid over tight.
- Step 5 : Turn the banding tool to the two corners to close the buckle.
- Step 6 : Pull down the blade handle to cut the steel band.
- Step 7 : Flatten the two corners of the buckle and completed installation.

This is an industrial bander. It functioned without popping or slipping while providing a good tight band.

Much sturdier than I thought it would be at this price. This unit does a great job. They definitely don't skimp on the number of buckles!I wouldn't want this unit for packaging all day long. But it's efficient enough for occasional use. It seems like it would be durable either way. It's just not fast. But it is easy to use.

Great tensioner and stainless steel strapping for resecuring wood pallets at home and I also used it on my new water heater to firmly attach it to the studs.I ordered a lot of construction material from a big box home improvement store and needed to re-secure most of the leftovers onto the pallets it came with to move around the yard.I had plenty of leftover stainless steel strapping so I decided to go and secure my water heater to keep it from rocking.
