Just received it today and installed it today, the gears sounds sloppy and I couldn't get it to engage in any gear high or low. I am going to try one more and if it doesn't work I am going to return it and buy metal gears. The quality appearance looks great, but so far I think it is junk

Garbage it's so sloppy it doesn't even engage. Don't waste your money.

Not a drop of grease on the gears and waaayyy too much gear slop. I'm definitely returning this piece of trash.

So I put my motor in and hooked up the gear selector servo. Before I put everything back together I decided to try switching from low to high gear and I could never get it to engage. The servo shift linkage also didnt fit properly onto this trans it was too short and bound up when shifting. When I applied throttle the axles wouldn't spin. I assumed it was the selector but after further inspection the spur gear wasn't pressed onto the shaft which means the spur gear was spinning on a shaft doing absolutely nothing. Bad engineering, bad parts. I did wind up getting it to work with my old plastic spur gear but I'm returning this transmission because of the frustration of having to use plastic parts to "fix" it. The selector was very clunky when it did work. I'll be ordering metal gears for my plastic housing instead.
