Glad to add these to my tools. I needed some longer skinnier pliers and these are great. I have used them for a few different things so far. They seem really well made.

The harbor freight Pittsburgh pair are much nicer but they get the job done

I wouldn't say that these are my go to cutters but there are times when you just need more than the usual. These are sharp, well made cutters that have the ability to reach those places that the average cutter cannot. They work well for most cutting tasks but they are not what I would call a "flush" cutter. Still there have ben jobs that these were made for.

The first set of these pliers I received had a jaw broken off and it was not in the box, which kind of makes me question the quality. I received a new pair free of charge and they aer handy for reaching those hard to reach areas, time will tell if they can hold up.

This is a solid, well constructed tool. I got the long reach diagonal cutters. Eleven inches doesn't really seem "long reach," to me, but the measurements are correct. The construction gives you the leverage to do some heavy duty cutting. I was using it to snip the heads off of some screws in a particular area. Worked out really well. Not a use that I'll run into much, but it's nice to have the tool when I need it. It also seems like this tool will outlast me.Highly recommended.

This is one of those tools that are used seldom, but when you need it, you are very glad to have it. There is no doubt that it is great for a limited number of tasks, while being impractical for others. I have no complaints about these pliers. They appear to be free of defects in materials and workmanship.

This is kind of a specialty tool that you probably wont be using all the time but they are worth every penny when you need them. They are a nice tool when using to pull up nails or carpet staples because they are long and give you a lot more leverage than standard diagonals. Also would come in handy to pick up small items in a tight spot when a magnet cant.

These are some good extended reach long-nose pliers. While they aren't made to high-end, German tool standards, they don't have a high-end price tag either. They're effective and reasonably priced. The double-dipped handles offer a slight bit of grip, but not enough if your hands are greasy. This has a bigger impact on a tool like this because the tip of the toll is relatively heavy. Also, the item you're trying to grab is going to be small and awkwardly placed, otherwise you'd be using a simpler tool. The wavy shape of the handles works well, though, and feels natural. For me, there's even a natural spot to place the pinky to pull the tool back open. I was surprised at just how much clamping pressure could be applied through the 2 sets of pivots. This mechanism seems to be much more effective than a single much longer pivot. It allows the same, or better, force while not requiring the grip to open so far as to require 2 hands. The tips have some grippy perpendicular serrations, and they come together reasonably well. When held to the light, there is a slight bow, but the very tip of the tool does come together without any force.
