So the purchase was easy and they product was what it said it was, the only issue was one motor had bad bearing. So we agreed to return it which was very easy and paid for! The only issue was we agreed on replacing items and the next thing I was reimbursed, which isn’t a bad thing I was just ( HEADLINE)! I’d purchase from them again anytime!

So far, these fit my bill precisely. I needed some strong steppers with enough torque to get through occasional bumps and hesitations in my mechanical system. The system is not yet complete, but these clearly fit the bill.

Half of the motors needed the wires to be switched to industry standards. One box of five motors will have two or three wired differently. That causes a lot of unneeded troubleshooting. Normally switching the middle two wires works fine but what a nightmare when you need to replace a failed unit and you have to go back and rewire for each step motor.

Each work well. High torque both running and holding.

These steppers are awesome! They hold their torque at high speeds really well, and have driven my CNC fantastically under very rapid speeds and heavy spindle loads.

Excellent, as described. Packaged great. Survived shipping person throwing it over the gate.
