The item itself came out very nice.Unfortunately, this will not fit on the location shown in the photos on a Littmann. The tubing is too thick, and the charm is solid - it doesn't have a slit that you could clamp around the tubing.I was able to get mine on the top of the ear tube tubing, but this is not where I wanted it to go. (I had to put a little saliva on the rubber tubing, and it slid right on.)

Edit to add: they reached out and gave me a refund which was great.This took forever to arrive, and then is a very small solid ring that doesn’t fit on the stethoscope. Even taking it apart it doesn’t fit over the rubbery material.

Packaging was proper, and in a light bubble wrap. Item was personalized correctly and individually sealed, and came in a soft velvet pouch. Unsure of what the pouch is used for, considering that the product goes on a stethoscope, but I intend to use the pouch to hold jewelry instead of throwing it away. Instructions for how to apply to the stethoscope were not included in the packaging. However, I will go and check the original ad and see if there is instructions on how to apply it to the stethoscope as it is a solid piece that does not open up and appears to slide down the stethoscope. Overall, seems like it will do the job I hoped for. Will have to see how it fairs at work and with repeated cleaning with sanitizer wipes - - will add to this review at that time.
