Good graphics quality runs pefectly at 1080p on new games and the wifi chip that comes with it is amazon the build craftsmanship of the pc is amazing and would recommend! 10/10

Included speakers didn't work at all, so I had to throw them away. After I booted up the PC, within an hour the power supply fan was emitting an extremely loud noise. I called Amazon, who directed me to the seller, who refused to answer any calls or e-mails. I had to take it to a local PC repair shop and pay more money for him to replace the fan in order for the thing to work. The PC is garbage, and the seller is worse!

I’ve been using the STG Auburn desktop computer for a while now, and I’m thoroughly impressed with its performance and design. I'm giving this pc 5 stars right now for quite a few reasons and going by my experience so far. It seems this company has a semi "bad rap", but what we got was pretty awesome for the money. Let's start with the GC, it came with a 2060 S, although it is a dated graphics card it is can handle most games seamlessly at 60fps. Next the i7 processor although there could have been a better processor in it, so far it hasn't slowed ANYTHING down, and that can easily be upgraded later on if need be. This machine came with 32 gigs of ram! It's crazy fast and responsive! I tried and tried to build something comparable and honestly couldn't come close for the money. Visually, it's a really cool looking unit with lots of leds and functional fans. Also, the soundbar it came with is actually pretty cool. The peripherals work ok, but once again, those things can all be upgraded very easily and imo were just bonuses anyway. The tower alone holds its value plus some.If you are looking for a good solid entry level gaming pc on a budget. This thing sort of kicks a#$!(Follow-up review)We have had the PC for just over a month and it's working great. We did have a small issue with the WiFi card, where it would drop connection. That is a tiny issue and very cheap to upgrade. I ended up just running a new CAT6 ethernet line. The computer is lightning fast and fast better than what I was expecting at this price point.

I'm writing this review on this PC that I just got in the mail. Fast shipping and the packaging was wonderful. This is the first company I've seen put safety precautions inside of the computer such as Styrofoam.Fast gaming pc, works on arrival and I haven't seen any problems with it. Will recommendEDIT:after a couple of days of using the PC, there has been random freezing that only can be fixed by shutting down. Looking at the motherboard the DIMM3 red light is on for the ram meaning the third slot ram stick is either faulty or wrongly placed, after doing some investigative work on a PC and re-inserting the ram it seems like one of the clamps for the third ram slot has trouble holding and clamping. Outside of that there isn’t that many issues I will have to go to the shop to see what’s wrong with the motherboard ram slots. I will also place the ram stick on another slot to see if it’s the ram stick or the clamps on the ram stick slotEDIT 2:Did more technical work and found out that there is an issue with the DIMM3 Ram Slot (3rd Ram slot) on the motherboard. I removed the 1st and 3rd ram sticks from the motherboard and the red light disappeared. I then used the remaining ram sticks and inserted them into the 1st and 3rd ram slots and then the red light reappeared.The motherboard came in with a faulty ram slot. I've contacted the seller in hopes of a replacement PC being sent. Will update on if I have any luck with that, until I get a resolution on the matter, my review score will be at 2 stars.

I have to start this review saying: this is not a SkyTech Gaming PC, it is made by a Microsoft Authorized refurbishing company with the name Skytech Global (hence the STG in the name) despite this it’s is definitely a solid piece of gaming equipment for the price of course. Another thing to consider is the Wi-Fi situation. This PC does come with a Wi-Fi adapter but it is not ideal and I am still struggling with figuring out to have Wi-Fi with no bugs. I personally have not tested many games but I have played Valorant and this runs it pretty well. It does come with USB 2.0 and 3.0 inputs on the top of the tower (they do not work very well and are to tight for a usb to fit comfortably. The top of the tower also has microphone jack and headphone jack (this was not mentioned in the online description The RGB fans are a little loud but expected and they come with a little RGB remote (pretty cool). The Mouse and Keyboard and not good. Do not expect them to be good buy your own Mouse and Keyboard along with a pair of headphones. A lot a of people (including myself) we’re wondering what type of i7 processor it has and it is an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz. Which is a slightly old but trustworthy CPU. The packing was very secure with styrofoam on the outside and vacuum sealed packing within the pc itself so nothing moved around during shipping. Overall the quality is there and I would recommend this PC if you’re not planning on spending over $1000 on an okay PC.
