My kids and I started using these balls about a week ago. Really like the weighted ball to do single hand strengthening drills. Once you use the weighted ball, all the others feel really light. The speed ball is another favorite and fun to use. Will be taking this to the rink to warmup with before games!My kids improved their score on the stick handling trainer after just a couple days. Was not sure about it at first but highly recommend them after putting them to use!!

My husband has been using these to work on his skills as he recently started playing on a team again after almost a decade hiatus, and since there is only so much ice time this is a great way to work individually on your skills at home. Each ball is well explained on the skills it targets with decent explanation. You can also find some decent online videos if you need more explanation on exactly how to practice with them.One thing to note, is there is nothing that indicates these are cold weather balls and are going to be best used, and have the best longevity, if used indoors. I would take into consideration if you have an indoor space you can use these in like a garage or basement, or if you live in a warmer climate outdoors should be fine. We live in Calgary where it is regularly below zero so if we wanted to use these outdoors we might get another set.
