Would be a great idea except way too difficult to cut out for a backsplash. Gave it away

I knew herringbone would make this project more difficult, but overall these were easy to install and it was the look I was going for. I used a box cutter and tin snips for cutting, it wasn't easy, but if you're up for a challenge, they look great. Once they stick they are not easy to take off so double check before cutting.

Tile was used to back a display cabinet. Absolutely love it. Each individual tile can be easily separated with a utility knife as they are only held together with the adhesive backing. Tiles that need to be cut snap well once scored with knife. They stick extremely well and I had very little waste.

This peel and stick tile checks all of the boxes. I used it around my fireplace to cover some outdated marble.Once this was affixed there was no turning back. It will not peel off. I used a heat gun and a razor and still struggled to get off a mistake I made. And on that note, I had the heat gun on full power (temp and speed) and there was zero damage to the tile, so it will withstand heat! The tiles were easy to pop on. Since there are many pieces per sheet it’s easy to make sure the excess is used. Minor issues with alignment but nothing that would stop me from using this again. Might just toss a little white chalk in if it really bothers me. Color is gorgeous in person! My fireplace looks like it belongs in 2025 now, not 1994! Great transformation.

I was immediately impressed by the quality and attractiveness of this herringbone design with metallic accents. It was quite easy to install - though, is clearly unforgiving if you aren't careful with precise placement. Effectively covered an unwanted travertine mosaic to support the update of my kitchen backsplash. Used in addition with the Stickgoo edge trim, resulted in a very attractive accent panel and what we were hoping for.

This tile is beautiful, better than I expected. It was easy to install. Cutting it was tricky but with a good sharp utility knife and then nice heavy scissors it made the project easy. Tip: score your line with the utility knife and then bend it at the score... then use scissors to cut the rest of the way.

With the herringbone pattern, these were super easy to line up without having a gap between sections. They score and snap clean and easily too. I used them as a backsplash behind my stove and it’s held up really well. Easy to clean. Kind of with they were glossy instead of matte, but they still look much higher end and like real tile than most peel and stick tiles.

I would recommend using a fresh blade to cut these. They were fairly easy to score and snap. If you want clean edges I'd recommend scoring multiple times with a utility knife on both sides if possible. I love the colors. This stuff is very sticky! I wiped my walls with rubbing alcohol before applying and I don't forsee these peeling off anytime soon. Be absolutely sure where you want these placed because there is no adjusting once the adhesive hits the wall.

Rating as 4 as the tile is very hard to cut (probably a good thing). There should be pre-cut edges on them for you (could possibly be an order option). You definitely need to tamper with a utility knife through the gold pieces and then use utility scissors to do the rest of the cutting. Very easy to install and grout is a must for those uneven pieces between countertop and cupboard bottoms. Trim edging is also a must. But overall, very beautiful when complete.

I bought these for a camper renovation. They look very nice and are a lot cheaper than what I could buy at the hardware store. The back is very sticky so they are no doubt secure, but on the other hand are difficult to reposition for minor adjustments during application. The directions state to use a box cutter or exacto knife to trim. I found this very difficult to do and keep a nice, crisp edge. When trimming by myself, I was able to score it and then snap off. Then my husband just muscled all the way through it but the edges were still semi jagged. We even used tin snips but those curled the edges over in a really unattractive way. We ended up buying a 40 dollar vinyl tile cutter that works beautifully. We only have jagged edges on the tops and bottoms of our tile jobs from our previous cuts which we will caulk over. Overall, I expected it to be easier to trim and it is in no way repositionable after application. It looks very nice and easy to clean, not to mention good for the price, so only minus 1 star.

Pros: extremely adhesive, great quality (close to tile), extremely thick so it gives a quality look.Cons: the adhesive ripped off the paint and some of the dry wall when removed; it was very difficult to measure and align properly so the gaps were visible; very unforgiving if you make a mistake aligning it; difficult to cut but possible with lots of effort.

One box came and the tiles were not 12x12 as stated so that threw our project off and then could not remove tiles and they were stuck. Very hard to install and can not be cut with knife or scissors.
