The medium size fits my Ruger Security 380 perfectly. The outside fabric is indeed "sticky", but the holster sometimes still comes out with the pistol from a parka outer pocket. As an IWB pants holster, it should fare better, as long as you are wearing a belt.

I've been using sticky holsters for a while now, this one did not disappoint either. Great quality, easy to use, works as anticipated. Be sure to have your belt snug enough to hold it in place so it doesn't slide with heavy funs in use.

Wow, coming from carrying plastic molded holsters or in most cases not using a holster I finally broke down a ordered a Sticky Holster. I will never not carry without one now, it is somehow more comfortable than not having a holster. It sticks to clothes and trust me it’s not moving, if you are in doubt just pull the trigger you won’t regret it.

Really GREAT for any pocket gun. Holster stays in pocket when you want to present the gun. IWB use is great too. Keep it snug. I have about 20 Sticky Holsters for all kinds of guns, Sticky wallet for credit cards, and the "belly band". All of their products are great. But for EDC, you will find out they wear out after about a year of daily use. They become scrunched up and tend to catch on rear sights upon draw. But I just replace them due to comfort. Too bad their R & D department does not ask for suggestions on design. I would have a few suggestions for them to improve on a great product.

I wanted a CCW holster, and for me this holster fits my needs. My wife let me borrow her sticky holster to try out and it stayed put. I liked it well enough that I bought one. I also like that I can easily adjust the position of my CCW with out dealing with clips and screws. I can easily transfer it from my waist to between the seat and console of any vehicle and it stays put. It's comfortable and keeps your CCW dry. There are times I forget I'm even carrying it. It doesn't have a hammer strap but I haven't had any issues because of that. I've had no issues of hangups or snags with the holster while drawing my weapon. It's not bulky and it's soft. Quality, I have had this holster for a while and it is still holding up without any issues. For the money it's a good deal. Again it fits my needs and I would buy it again and I would recommend this product.
