Does what it's supposed to, but is a bit thicker then I imagine it would be. My wrist brace was almost all the way velcro down on me, now it isn't using more then half the velcro. So if your brace is a little close to being to small this will make it be too small.UPDATE; I've had it for a few weeks, the threads have started coming out of the ends , orderwd a replacement and that showed up obviously used , as the threads were missing.

Good product, well made, and does the job.However, don't be fooled by the add which shows 4 liners... there is only "one" in the box :-(
