I love Strathmore paper but unfortunately whoever labeled the final barcode did not ensure that it was actually the same item as the label "New Item" label. The product that I ordered was the drawing roll 42in x 10yd 100 pounds and what I received was the cream roll that is 42in x 10yd 80 pounds. This is not acceptable for what I needed and required additional time to explain the problem to Amazon. I’ve ordered a second roll from Strathmore hoping that I will get what I asked for. My hope in writing this is that if you decide to purchase this item make sure when it arrives that you’ve actually got the weight and color that you order.

It was good enough for the portraits I do....but I was expecting a little bit thicker paper. It has lasted me a while and allows me to do larger scale drawings.

Great paper and plenty of it! Pure white, easy to unroll and flatten. I use it for charcoal/pastel drawings; other than watching out for smudges, it's all good! It takes fixatif without folding up or crinkling. I will purchase again!

This product is listed as the wrong weight. Strathmore 442-42 is 80 lb weight paper, not 100 lb. If you are expecting the 100 lb, THIS IS NOT IT!This listing is incorrect and misleading.

It really is as described... Exactly what I needed. I've used it with color pencils, graphite, some marker, and it's not to bad with charcol/conte either. This paper is NOT a creme, it is WHITE, and it's really smooth and not shiny at all so it's perfect, if u want to keep it nice and tucked away you can buy a mailing tube they have them in this exact size as well that's what I did anyway, here on Amazon.
