Jogging Stroller Pump Steps
Inflating your jogging stroller tires is simple! Whether replacing your tire tube or just adding some extra air, please use the steps below to get you back on the trail asap.
REPLACING A TIRE TUBE
- Detach wheel from stroller: completely remove the front or rear stroller tire requiring a new inner tube.
- Remove tube from tire: peel the tire and tube from the rim of the wheel. Separate and discard the old innertube.
- Flatten new tube: flatten new tube so that the pin is centered on the flat side of the tube.
- Thread tire with tube: line the tire with the new tube. NOTE: it may help to partially inflate (with a few small pumps).
- Replace tire onto stroller rim: first, find the pin hole in the rim. Push pin through the hole. Very carefully stretch the remaining tire and tube around the rim. This may require use of a screwdriver, but be VERY cautious not to puncture the new tube. Replace tube & tire onto stroller.
INFLATING YOUR STROLLER TUBE
- Remove cap from tube: unscrew the cap from the protruding pin.
- Attach pump nozzle: firmly push nozzle onto pin. Quickly press down on air-lock nozzle.
- Inflate tube: pump up tube until at desired pressure.
- Detach nozzle: release air-lock and quickly remove nozzle from tube pin.
- Replace tube cap: tightly screw cap back onto tube.

We purchased this because we needed to have an air pump for our BOB stroller. We are not disappointed. It works very well and can fit in the small spaces between the spokes. Would recommend for anyone with a BOB stroller.

Not hard to pump at all compared to other pumps. The parts are all connected and it has several adjustable pieces. The pump is compact and can fit In the bottom of a stroller or anywhere you can fit a small umbrella sized object. It's lightweight and has a good sleek appearance. It's not a cheap thin plastic material and the metal is quality for pumps. Lightweight but sturdy.

The pump that came with the stroller was useless. I was nervous to buy this one but it was easy to work and pumps it up efficiently! I’ve been paying 10.00 to have a bike shop put air in it but now I’ll just do it! Highly recommend!

Our stroller had three flat tires. Not sure how that happened but whatever.This pump worked so much better than the BOB brand pump we had for our jogging stroller. I could not get that one to lock on to the valve stem, and it was causing me a LOT of grief. I dreaded airing up the tires because I just literally couldn’t get that pump to work. If you’re having the same problem, this pump is for you. 10/10 recommend. Best money I’ve spent recently.
