I'm very short so my feet don't reach the floor when I sit in my rocking chair. This footrest is just the right height I needed to comfortably sit and rock in my chair. It is also well made and non-slip so it will last.

Back relief while sewing! Perfect height, stable footing, with a "non-skid" coating for sewing machine foot or your feet. This is very well made. I am now enjoying having sewing foot stay stationery, at the right height, right where I left it. AND my other foot fits alongside, giving my back release while sewing. GREAT, well-made product.

I liked this product so much that I bought two. One at home and one at the office because I work in front of a computer at both locations pretty evenly during the week. Solved the problem of my chair needing to be higher than normal to be comfortable at table height, but my legs were too far down to the floor and getting cutt off under the thigh because the chair was too high. Putting my feet on this foot rest raised my knees and I feel so much more comfortable and it is better for my back. Thank you for this product. Highly recommend.

Needed this to support my feet while working. Works great and helps with posture. Well made. My socks get stuck on the strips but that is minor.

This foot stool is really strong, angled just right, all I hoped for. The only thing I don't like is that it has a non-slip gritty tape on the top. You can't tell that from the photo, it just looks black. It's great for non-slip comfort but if the edge slips under the sofa, the gritty tape rubs off some plush from the sofa fabric. Also debris collects in the grit. Other than that, 5/5.

It's a fine footrest, but the one thing I didn't account for is that the "non-slip" surface is actually a sandpaper-like texture that I'm sure will cause my socks to wear out faster and isn't too comfortable with bare feet. If you only use it with shoes then this would only be a plus due to the non-slip effect but this is advertised for home use and how many people really wears shoes while sitting at home? It is still usable though I would say, and you could also wear slippers and that would solve the problem as well.

Nice and sturdy. I don't think the gripped part that your feet rest on is comfortable with bare feet. Though not to rough for those who aren't as sensitive to rough textures as myself. But it works well with socks or shoes to keep your feet from sliding. I would not want it to be a smooth surface so this isn't a con but maybe something to keep in mind if you plan to use it without shoes. I bought one for my new home office and I liked it so much I purchased another one for my work office. I have always used the plastic ones at work and have broken a lot of them. They are loud and the slightest pressure from changing positions can cause many of them to break. The Strongtek one is very sturdy and I expect it will last a long time. It's also light weight. I often will move it with my feet to reposition it under my desk. On carpet this is silent and no one will hear this.I only wish it was a little wider to allow for greater foot positions. If you are short and need a foot rest this is hands down my favorite I have found so far.
