Introducing my 5 kids to the sport of lacrosse and this was a perfect starter kit for that. It’s def not going to be a competition level set but it is perfect for the backyard, park or taking to a get together with other kids around. Really good quality no matter the price. Great buy!

Awesome little set for our lacrosse classes for juniors. The net is a pain as its pvc pipe and has to be taken down and build every time

Depends what you buying it for. If you are buying it for backyard fun with the family then it's good for that, but if you are buying it so you can introduce lacross to your child because he is joining a team the do not buy. It is too flimsy and cheaply made for that. It's made of plastic, sticks are too small.

the sticks are flimsy but for the money, its the best set out there. You can't play real lax with these but great for teaching younger kids & just throwing the ball around. My boys & neighbors have been playing all summer with this set- money well spent!

For those who play Lacrosse already, this is probably not what you are looking for. But for those of us whose children are just trying it out or want to have an extra couple of sticks for when friends come over this is an awesome deal. I purchased these to help my kids see if they were interested in Lacrosse and then transitioned them into a weekly pickup Lacrosse clinic for my kids friends to come and try Lacrosse. It works great for that. Once my kids got the hang of the game a little bit better, I purchased higher quality sticks for them, but I still use these every week for their friends to play with. The goal is pretty small in comparison to a real lacrosse goal, but can be very useful for small games. It is weighted on the bottom and holds to the ground well.

Look at the prices for individual items in this set and you will see that the price is a heck of a bargain. I ordered this through Prime, got it in two days, took 5 minutes to assemble the net, and my kids were playing soon after.The sticks are genooowine FiddleStx and the goal-base legs have sand in them to keep the net well-seated to the ground. It's obviously not a regulation size goal but then again you won't have to try hard to store it somewhere when not being used, and the kids can easily carry it to anyone's yard or park or wherever.
