The pen does not perform well. It might be suitable for scrolling, but it’s not ideal for detailed note-taking. However, it is alright for simple note-taking. If it doesn’t work well, try uninstalling and reinstalling the battery. For me, it worked better after reinstalling the battery. I was planning to get a refund, but given the price, I can’t really expect more.

This SSS·GRGB Stylus Pen for Microsoft Surface, is well-made with high quality materials, it's very responsive. And I like that it uses 2 AAAA (included), instead of rechargeable batteries. Because in that way, if I don't use it for a while, the batteries are easily replaceable.

It's decent. It works bit not so quick to pick up the screen touch and sometimes allows palm touch to intervene with it. Its worth it if you need it for something but not long term. You might want to consider this for short term. The quality is good and I like the material just better tech would be nice.

The pen is a great Buy for the price. I can't imagine the surface pen working any better.
