We have had this three months and use it twice a week. It remains open and we do not collapse it. BOTH plastic slides that hold it up in place have snapped. The whole top collapsed on my dog. I'm furious!

The fabric is to tight on the frame (or the frame is to larger for the fabirc) and the zipper(s) will not close. Very dissapointed in this Thule product.

I have a 2018 Subaru CrossTrek. This kennel does NOT FIT a CrossTrek in size large. I have two large dogs and wanted to keep them safely in the back end while people and/or the small dog rode in the back seat. i searched and searched and finally decided that this kennel would be far and above better than anything else available. I ordered the large. Sadly, it only fits if the passenger seats are collapsed. Since I usually have people in the passenger seats, I had to return this. But, I highly recommend it IF you have a bigger Subaru. The seller shipped this SO FAST and I was SO HAPPY to receive it and SO SAD it did not fit. Don't hesitate to order this if you have a vehicle it will fit. Now I'm back to the drawing board.
