The product seems good for underground pools, however this product is miss advertised. It tells you and for above ground pool, yet is comes with glue to secure the lights. Now. How are going to glue them in a pool liner? I wanted to returned but I passed my due date.

They were easy to put together, make sure you also buy the large pack of batteries so you have all you need right away you will not be sorry, purchase approved!!!

I'm using these to light up a couple of terracotta pumpkin pots I put on my front porch during the holidays. These are perfect since they are watertight and I don't have to worry about rain or snow damaging them. I also like the fact they have a sleep timer, so I don't have to remember to turn them off at bedtime.Since these are marketed as being waterproof, I thought I'd do a little non-scientific test and submerged these in a small tub of water. I realize the water pressure isn't the same as a hot tub but wanted to make sure there weren't any obvious issues. Good news, these kept the water out after sloshing them around in the tub for a few minutes. They do float, if you want to use them without attaching them inside your hot tub. But, if you decide to mount these, I'd suggest using silicon vs the included super glue. I'd be worried about getting it off, if you ever wanted to remove these.Looking forward to getting to use these in about a month and finally have light up pumpkin pots.

I literally bought this for bath time only. After the first use. I drained it etc and the next morning saw that the lights had rust around them. When I "finished" reading the manual it does say not to be used with bubblebath and my kiddos will do this every night. Thank God for 2. So far I love them. The remote doesn't work with it (this was at the opening of the items not after bathing) so I have to turn it off by taking the battery out which doesn't kill me. However they are having a fantastic time with it and they even leave it on as a night light in the bathroom for in the middle of night bathroom visits. Definitely get it if the reason is fun bath time just exclude the bubbles or whatever works for you. They were also a little bigger than what I expected. Did I mention this was supposed to be a stocking stuffer? Lol I think I'm the kid here

They work fabulous. But they need a magnet to make them stick were you want them in an above ground pool.

One already will not stay on and one will not turn off. Can early see water in one even though followed instructions

I got these for my daughter because she loves to have glow bath sessions. These are great! You can literally just throw them in the tub and it illuminates the water. We've only used one so far, and just a few times, but so far so good! I could see these being great for a hot tub and/or a pool as well.
