Bought one in February 2024 and another in August. First came in good order and seemed to work well. Quit using it in July as water got hot (solar pool heating system). Started system again February 1, 2025 and 1st pump fails to start.Bought a second in August to split the system and crease flow rate. System off for winter. I opened second one February 1, 2025 and it is obviously used and defective out of the box. Shows wear, missing 2 of 3 adapters and popped the circuit breaker plugging it in.I’m still in warranty period (1 year) advertised. I emailed the seller as shown and no response in 4 days. I see the product price dropped $20 so looks like they’re selling off remaining inventory.Cannot recommend this product as above or the seller for shipped used and defective and ignoring customer concerns. Buyer beware!I spent about $135 with tax on 2 pumps, got 4 months of use out of one.

The intake fitting broke on first usage. I repaired it myself since I needed the pump right away. After the repair the pump worked perfectly.

I've purchased this TYDAST submersible pump for my swimming pool, and it's performed exceptionally well to drain the pool water. The setup was very straightforward, and the power cord is long enough without an extension. The pump is powerful enough to handle large amount of water for my application. The build quality feels solid, and the price is inexpensive. Overall, it's a reliable and efficient sump pump, perfect for pool. Highly recommended!

I have an uneven yard. So I get a bit of a lake/small pond when we have heavy rain. This rain gets into my basement. I was hoping this would work outside when it was raining so I could push the water in the lake that forms and have it not get into my basement.I am super impressed and really happy with the results. We had a massive storm yesterday in Connecticut. Had 2 big ponds form one on the side of my house and one in the front yard. I was able to get rid of the one in the side of my yard pretty quickly as it wasnt as big. The 2nd one took a while but man am I happy. Having to mop your basement because it gets rain water is no fun.the amount of water it can push out is very impressive and it was obviously waterproof which is what I needed since it was outside in the rain all day.You just need a hose to connect it too. Don't be like me and wait till it's actually raining to set it up. Was a bit worried I was going to get electrocuted :) but did not thankfully

Running 3/4 horsepower at 4 amps I was a bit concerned about having enough power as my previous pump was probably twice the amps at 1/2 horsepower but at less than half the price that I paid for my original pump it was worth a shot. We have an ongoing issue with water coming in the basement. We have had work done but the water is coming through under the wall. Therefore, we need to keep a reliable pump in a 12" pit in the corner which is fed by a pseudo french drain which is just a 1" separation from floor to wall around the perimeter. The water drains into this pit and needs to be pumped out. Using one of the adapters that came with this pump I was able to connect a simple garden hose out instead of the super expensive pvc piping I had planned on using. The hose runs 8" directly up the wall and then 35 feet across the top of the wall and out so I need powerful pump to push through that. My last pump, that I paid $140 for, could not always keep up and burned out in a year, a few weeks after the warranty expired. We put this pump to the test after 6" of snow at 15 degrees was followed up by days of pouring rain at 40 degrees so the ground was soaked, and the water was pouring in. This pump exceeded my expectations. Kicked on automatically once the hole started filling up and the water never got close to overflowing. As a matter of fact, the pump was off more than on. It quickly emptied the hole and waited for more. This pump may have not been designed for what I am using it for, but it certainly does the job. I think this pump will perform no matter the project. I just hope it lasts for us. I am considering buying a another one for a backup just in case this one is not available when we need another replacement. Super value and a real workhorse.

Connected this pump (with included adaptors) to flexible 1 1/4 pool hose. Used to partially drain pool water for winter. Flow rate with 1 1/4 pool hose was impressive. Pump works well for price
