The file folders have reinforced fasteners to hold some 50-page documents without any weight shifting to the sides. I've always had the same problem with the file folders' fasteners and am happy to report that this one works better than the office supply stores' generic brands.

As a tax accountant, we use these folders to keep records secure of our clients. The fasteners are useful to make sure the papers don't fall out and can hold a pretty big stack. They are great to help you stay organized and can be easily filed away.

These SUNEE File Folders have been a lifesaver for me! As a freelance writer, organization is key, and my desk was starting to resemble a paper avalanche. Using a file folder like this with the 2-prong fasteners has made organizing bills so much easier. Purchase a 2-hold punch press and you're all set to use these folders for this purpose. It makes it easy to thumb through bills and keep it all organized without having to take them out and reattaching them all over again. In the past, I've only used folders that had the prongs on one side, but I find having them on both makes it possible to use one side for a monthly checklist. I wish it was made with heavier cardstock, but that's a personal preference that I would be willing to pay more for.

I've been putting together a "next of kin" box for my family for when something happens to me or my husband AND I've been putting them together for our parents as well. I ordered these folders to help get organized and I really like them a lot. They're different from other folders I've seen in stores - the colors are nice and the folders are strong. The tabs are shaped a bit differently but it's not bad. I wanted the fasteners in case I had to put a lot of papers in the folders, but they're not really necessary for what I'm doing. They make the folder a bit bulkier - but they're a good option to have and so much more convenient than punching holes to put your own fasteners in.
