It’s an impact socket; I had an 8 foot breaker bar on it and bent the bar with no harm to the socket. Finally did get it all loose and apart.Machining for the square inside is the perfect depth for my Budd lugs. (Old Loadstar IH)

its barley deep enough to get the lugs, if I put the socket on all the way over the lug nut it will pull the stud. I can only put it halfway ofer the lug. ill keep using my reg. deep for the lugs and this for the studs.

Awesome 2 in 1 socket for BUDD wheels. Always have one on hand if you have a bigger vehicle such as a 6 wheel dump truck.

Delivered in time and method as stated. Have used it many times. It was a little snug to get over studs at first and with time fitsd well. It is not flaring out o stretching, just had to get coating worn off.

The budd nuts on the rears of my CCKW and Chevy came right off. Never had to switch impact sockets... quick and fast.Great product and MUCH CHEAPER than buying two individual sockets.
