These are very similar to the ones used in Hibachi cooking in restaurants. With a little modification and practice you can spin it around like a real chef.

The fork is not the same high level quality as the turner. They are obviously not made with the same materials.

After having several spatula handles melt from the heat of the griddle, it was time for a change. FTR, I never laid my old utensil handles directly on the surface; they were always propped up on the side wall, yet still melted/bubbles up. I needed quality utensils with wood handles, and that’s what I got. Used this product the same way as my old ones, and can already tell these can ‘handle’ the heat. Very happy with this purchase.
