It came with new rubber bushings, very important.

They bent it to fit in the box for shipping... now trying to narrow a tool to straighten it out

Quality was fine but it was bent and did not line up with the mounting locations made it very difficult to install

Fit my '02 Tacoma extra cab perfectly, tricky to connect at the rack, particularly if you have large hands. I came at it from above, below, behind and finally removed the driver side wheel and splash guard. Can't say what worked best, but finally got it on.
