Product was great, now it’s been a little over a year and it is so noisy. I can’t even believe how loud it is had original part for 15 years and this replacement part for just over 1, maybe spend the extra money for the name brand.

I had to put some electrical tape on the shaft and wedge the propeller onto it. It make a hell of a screeching sound, probably because it isn't an exact fit and either the shaft is slipping or the motor is vibrating. It is still working and some point I will probably pull it out and work on getting it to fit better.

The worst thing about this part......was FINDING this part. IT was an easy repair, saved a lot of money and works great. I nearly gave up on my search and spent 400% more for a part.....needlessly.PLEASE...do a better job of cross referencing this part to LG and KENMORE appliances.Based on the part it replaced, I bet there are a LOT of people searching for this solution and not finding it....just like I almost didn't.

I think quality control on these is pretty hit or miss. Mine started making a screaming noise almost immediately. I tried remounting it and trying to minimize any vibrations multiple times. I replaced it with a different motor and there are no more issues. I would return it but the bracket that came with it worked for my new motor which didn't come with one, and it is slightly taller than the original bracket on the refrigerator.

Perfect replacement for a kenmore elite trio. 596.75522400. Had the same connectors. No modification was needed.

Worked perfectly for my Maytag MFD2561HES. Had a problem with my fridge being warm, while freezer was cold. Issue was a busted evaporator fan. Replaced with this unit, and Bam... All fixed!

I bought this as a replacement evaporator fan for our Kenmore Elite 596-75522400 refrigerator. The refrigerator was warm while the freezer was working. The original fan would only spin if you gave it help, and even then, slowly. At first, I thought I had ordered the wrong part since this wasn't surrounded by a plastic housing nor had a circuit board like original. The installation took about 5 minutes, with the old one out already, and there was cold air going to the refrigerator as soon as the freezer cooled. Happy. I will probably come back and give the fifth star rating as soon as I know all is running well. BTW, shipment was fast and well packaged.
