The product was delivered ahead of schedule and ready to fill and install. The weighted sections fill easily and connect together as shown. The weigh down the umbrella in a 30 mph wind when the umbrella is closed. Good product would buy it again.

Filled each one with water. placed easily around the umbrella, hooks worked just fine to secure!

Although, they might be a bit on the light side, they were easy to assemble, easy to put down and easy to fill up. Price to value is fair.
