Nerf Bars Save Your Machine
The difference between bumping into a tree and crashing into it is a good pair of SuperATV Nerf Bars installed on your Polaris Ranger 1000. Whether you think of them as tree kickers or rock sliders, they make your Ranger tougher. We make them with 1.75” heavy-duty steel DOM tubing so they won’t buckle. Our nerf bars mount directly to your UTV’s frame for maximum stability and durability.

These are very well made and relatively easy to install. The front bolt and nut require some trickery to get in but with tape and a boxed wrench it goes in. Drilling out the plugs was easy with a 1.5 inch hole saw. The finished product looks great while adding body side safety protection.

Directions sucked, i had to youtube it of how to do it. But they installed ok. I did have to re adjust the doors as both of them were rubbing after install. Overall decent quality and install.

These are of good quality. While looking, researching, nerf bars for my 2023 Ranger 1000 premium these, by far, had the highest rating. I also noticed that the package was the heaviest meaning the bars are made of thicker metal. Super easy install. Drill out the 4 factory cutouts and bolt them on., It only took me an hour to put them on.

The 2023 Ranger 1000 Premium was not listed on any of the descriptions. Use a tap to clean the threads before you start. These Nerf Bars fit as intended. They look nice.

The bars are ok but my door would drag on the top of the one. After looking at it had a bowed up to it maybe from welding. Had to put the bar in a press and straighten it. Ok now

Great protection if your riding trails. I installed these before a trip for the Hatfield McCoy trails in West Virginia and they worked fantastic. They definitely saved me from getting damage to my Polaris ranger. No regrets in purchasing these. The driver side was a little more difficult to install the passenger side. Works great for Polaris ranger 1000. If you have Polaris solid fill doors or half doors you may have to remove the rubber weatherstripping to keep them from rubbing on the rock slider.

Fit perfectly. My dragonfire doors rub a little when opened but that can be adjusted. They look great too.Update:I have hit many solid rock outcroppings and other than paint scrapes they have held up well. Saved the Rangers body panels many times. I guess they have already paid for themselves. They still look great !
