Windshield came with one of the gas struts having lost its gas. Contacted SuperATV by phone on January 1st and left a detailed message (they were closed for the holiday). I hoped for a return phone call, but in the afternoon of January 3rd a package arrived with a replacement gas strut. Impressive service!

We ordered this for our son for Christmas for his Kawasaki Mule. He installed it in under 2 hours and it has worked out well for him with no issues or concerns. Definitely a cheaper but still quality alternative to the name brand option.

Excellent fit and finish. Easy installation after watching video. Directions are poorly written. Paperwork states return not allowed after protective film is removed but it is difficult to determine fit without removing protective film. Make sure the windshield you ordered/received is for the make and model of your side-by-side. Windshield (front) is a good value. I am considering ordering the rear windshield but it appears pricey for what I understand it consists of.
