About this item

  • PRODUCT FEATURES— Fusion4Home Max is the strongest all-carrier residential cell phone signal booster that is purpose-built for homes in the weakest signal areas. It boosts voice, text and data speeds for all North American cell carriers, including Verizon, AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile inside suburban and rural homes up to 6,500 sq ft.
  • EXTENDED RANGE TECH— Fusion4Home Max is the first cellular booster for homes to feature SureCall’s patented Extended Range Technology (ERT) which amplifies cell signals at their strongest point outside the building. Fusion4Home Max provides better indoor coverage and connectivity for multiple simultaneous users on all 4G and 5G cellular devices, including hotspots. I had this system installed by OnTech (owned by Dish), the company that they said is trained to install this system. The tech who showed up was a very nice person, but he could not get the system to work correctly and told me he never had training on installing this system. He told me to call their Surecall tech support. I have been trying to call them for 4 days now and no answer. When I call them, I get connected to a voice mail to leave a message, and they will call me back. No one has ever called after 5 messages. I am not sure what to do with this system right now. Personally, I do not think the antenna is pointed correctly and the tech did not follow any of the processes that were outlined in the instructions. I would send it back, but the antenna is high up on the roof, and I can not reach it to bring it down to send it back (it needs a 40-foot ladder). Also, I would still be out of the $300 I paid for the installation. If I stand in front of the indoor antenna, I have a few bars, but the connection is still bad, and the phone does not get much of a connection. The Irony of it all is that if I stand in the middle of my yard without the booster, I get a great connection, but when I am indoors, I have no connection, so I thought this would help that problem. I am in an sub-division in Charlotte not a rural area.

I've had mixed results with signal boosters so I was a little uneasy by such an investment. Unfortunately a land line is no longer an option for our area so safety demanded we do something (no highspeed internet either). Inside the house we had 1 bar on a good day in the right place (barely enough for a text). Outside I found a spot with 1-2 bars of solid signal. Now, with the booster on, I can call anywhere in the house: ~3-4 bars on the level with the booster, 1-2 bars in the basement but still strong enough to maintain a call. In the den, with the indoor antenna, I have a good enough signal for slow data transfer. I can actually surf the internet and send pictures. It's not fast data but it works, which seems like a miracle compared to before.Of course I think the product is great but the installation is absolutely the key to getting this thing to work. You must follow the instructions paying special attention to the separation of indoor & outdoor antennas, as well as facing them in opposite directions. I think this is where most people fail to get good results. Well that and you can't amplify a non-existent signal. You must have some signal or your wasting time & money.

Easy to install. Was working in minutes. We have our camper inside our metal workshop that has a terrible, almost nil signal. We are in a rural area. Installed on a temporary pole outside workshop with booster in workshop and we have a great signal inside our camper.

This setup seems confusing until you see how it is supposed to work then you realize it’s pretty simple. Overall the quality is excellent and it added 2 bars of service for us. It won’t make service where there is none but if you mount the antenna high up with a clear line of sight it will surprise you what a difference it makes.

I installed the outside antenna 35’ up on a light pole. It is pointed precisely at the closest cell tower. We went from 1 bar or less to 3 bars IF you are directly in front of the inside antenna. Don’t expect miracles, it can’t create cell coverage where there isn’t any.

I purchased the SureCall Signal Booster to improve the overall signal strength in my home for cellular calls. The product is well documented and comes with excellent installation instructions. The installation is easy, even for those with limited technical skills. My only suggestion would be for SureCall to add some documentation to their standard documents that provides input on how to 'tune' the signal booster for the best possible results. While some of this detail is on their website, it would be beneficial to have this in the box. After about a month of use I would recommend this product to others.
