Reasonably priced and worked as advertised. A note for replacing: do not completely remove the locking clips, only slide them back slightly (leave them on with the clip opening spread open) then mate them on the ball mounts and push the locking clips forward.

This is the same prop that was originally installed on my pickup camper shell. Same part number, same great fit, easily install both sides in under 5 minutes. So, for me to have any issues with installation, would've been grounds for a negative review.What I have to wonder is, why did the original wear out in 3 years? On my previous truck, I had another brand and those lasted the entire 11 years I had the truck and shell. To make it less than half the duration of the other brands, I have to question the quality. Hence, 4 stars.

Have a Leer canopy and needed to replace the support struts, these were a GREAT price compared to Leer, arrived fairly quickly and easy to fit.They also have a nice amount of pressure and 'flip the glass up' quickly.Am very happy!
