I ordered the 1/2" one and it didn't fit. This one's perfect, snugs tight (no movement of rack. As other's say, if someone wants the rack they could saw/cut the bolt. But for less than $40 i make hander to do and give myself some peace of mind. Worth the $.

Well designed lock. Has a sliding key hole protector which is a great feature to keep dirt out.

This does NOT fit the swagman xtc2 bike rack. You have to get the 1/2" one, not the 5/8" one. If your bike rack has the adapter to make it fit into a 2" receiver, it will not screw into the threads in the 1 -1/4" receiver threads.

There is an issue with the treads on the bolt and doesn't tighten all the way. The lock and key worked. The price was good value decided to keep it for the second lock

I bought this for my Swagman XC Cross-Country 2-Bike Hitch Mount Rack (1/1/4 and 2-Inch Receiver). IT DOES NOT FIT. It's unbelievable that they advertise that it works with their bike rack. I'd like to have a lock for my bike rack, so I'm not sure what I'll do next to accomplish the task. Also, the keys are not cylindrical, as pictured. They are standard keys.
