Application crashes frequently despite multiple costumer support attempts to solve the problem.Acceptable video definition with good wifi connection. Wifi boosters needed it.

Had the base in downstairs gameroom about 30 feet from where I wanted to mount the camera and the camera would not work. Bring the camera into the room with the base and worked good. Not a good product!!

Brand new box delivered1 NVR with 4 white camerasMounted all 4 cameras 2 inside 2 outside.Easy setup .Hdmi input connected to 4k TV.Camera Picture at 1080pWith a mouse and a slot USB or SD card .Worked well on setting up functions 4 the cameras with a cloud based system please note that gmail had a security issue regarding scam for cloud so you would need to use a Dropbox account for cloud use .Slight delay on the sound considering the type of wire over power .App is a little slow at times .Over all it did its job but one evening night app notified system offline . System lost connection to data . Once I checked I tried all troubleshooting possibilities to reconnect from hardwired ethernet to wifi reboot and or reset . Nothing . Contacted swann but i choose to return instead . Did not like the warranty policy .
