You use stainless steel banding. I have another banding device, but it doesn't work nearly as well as this one does, and the other one uses clamps instead of crimping the metal like this one does. So this has lower consumable costs, which I'm a fan of.This is built like an absolute tank, and even after it came loose during shipping, it arrived without damage. Works well, and should last a long time. 5 stars.

To secure wood or heavier cargo, you can't really secure it with anything but steel banding. That can be hard to handle, but this tool makes it a breeze and gives you professional looking results. This lets you secure even steel banding neatly and securely. And you can secure the bands via crimping, instead of buckles or clips, which is simpler and saves money and time. If your business or other need works with steel banding, this is an excellent tool that makes it easy to secure. The rounded handles are easy on the hands and with a little practice you'll have neat packages. Ten or twenty pipes can be secured within three minutes very simply using this tool, making it easy to transport. This is a great tool.
