My kid is learning to swim and this works great. Having free arms has made a world of difference. We have ditched the practice board and now we use this exclusively!

I bought this for my son who just turned 6 and it’s really teaching him how to swim! I haven’t removed any plates yet because we just bought it but I can already tell he’s more confident in the water. I do plan on removing a plate soon to see how he does. I like this better than life vests and puddle jumpers because my son has more range of motion while swimming and it feels more natural instead of having a bulky life vest on. I’m always near him when he’s in the water with this on and wouldn’t trust this while not having my eyes on my son while in the pool. I think this is an excellent learning device and works well, easy to use and easy to get on and off and adjust but you definitely need to be there watching over your kids just to be safe!

My child has just began to learn how to swim, this swimming aid helps if we’re at a busy pool as an extra form of protection. It’s just enough to help my child incase yet still allowing my child to swim on their own. Child weighs 75 pounds.

Was recommended by a client that teaches swimming! We have ski jackets puddle jumpers, noodles, tube's and float boards...but this right here is what has taught my 7yo to swim without sinking!!! She is a sinker!!!!! this helped her build the right muscle, technique and confidence to swim without sinking. Layers can come off as they get better. She's 45/50 lbs, swims with 3 layers. Has a safety buckle so they can't just get it off without help. Strap may loosen week to week, but is easy to adjust. She's put many many hours of swim time in with it and it's a little fadded but holding up very well otherwise.

My kid had struggled and struggled to swim. I attend a lot of water safety classes and have done all thr right things but this has been by far the most helpful tool. I was shocked how well she did at 4years old and how safe it was. I expected some sinking or struggling but it held her just as well as a life jacket. They are good quality, and support her well in the water. It's hard to adjust to the right size but doesn't need to be adjusted often. Once you have it set it is easy to just clip on and jump in. I would recommend having one per lid to avoid dealing with adjusting with it. Also may need some attention to dry properly, well worth it.

This product is amazing!!!!!! Owning a swimming pool we are always looking for the safest items for our children. We transitioned my daughter out of her puddle jumper and into this float that goes on the back. This has allowed her to have better arm control and more overall control of her body in the pool. It is very easy to clip on and has an extra layer of safety on the buckle. It comes with 4 pieces of foam that can be removed as your child becomes a stronger swimmer. We gifted my daughter this for her 5th birthday which was just over a month ago. Within the month she has learned to go off the diving board, use her arms for swimming and it has boosted her overall comfort level in the pool. We have used the back floatie at the lake, the pool and the water park. I love that she has full control of her arms at all times. Which means she NEVER has to take the float off around the pool. She can eat and drink without having to take the float off, which is super convenient and always gives me piece of mind. It is easy to carry and fits nicely in a bag or clips on to the strap of any bag. I have shared this link with many friends who have children. I would highly recommend this to any parent looking to take their child's swimming to the next level without causing yourself stress and anxiety around water.

This has been great for teaching my preschooler to swim. We love the ability to take off a piece at a time as his ability grows. However, it’s a bit bulkier and bigger than we’d like. At his lessons, he’s supposed to try to swim on his back but this is so big he can really only stare up at the ceiling

The buckle on this floatation device is soft plastic and it does not hold. I watched the buckle unclasp entirely on its own, rending the product useless. My 3 year old, without any support immediately began sinking in the pool. Had I not been there, I don’t want to think about what could have happened. In the video I am not pulling hard. You can see at the end how easily the safety latch bends.I don’t want a refund, or a replacement. I just want to warn other parents and maybe save lives.
