The only issues I have so far is that you had to order the pole separately and no instructions. Same with the pole that goes with it, it has no instructions. So when we get the time to vacuum our, we just have to figure it out on how to put what attach to what.

I bought this to replace a vac head that was 9 years old and the 'prongs' that hold the handle finally broke. I have a 33 foot oval pool and this vac appeared to be an exact replacement- except that it's much flimsier than the original when you finally get it. I have a two-speed filter motor and was using normal speed, not the low-speed setting.After 30 minutes of vacuuming, the vac head started to get stuck as it made contact with the liner. In order for it not to get stuck, you couldn't use any pressure at all on the pole, which is needed to keep the vac head on the pool bottom. There are two serious problems with this: first, the brushes are flimsy junk. (See the pictures!) The pump's suction alone is stronger than the ability for the brushes to keep the vac from collapsing onto the liner.Notice the original brushes, still firm and strong after 9 seasons. Look at the new brushes- flimsy junk. The old vac had about 40 bristles per bunch, the new one only 30. Second, they lightened the weight for some misguided reason. You're always fiddling with the pole to try and keep the vac head level on the bottom of the pool. They had a great product and made it into a piece of junk. Unless this is for a pool with a tiny filter, stay away and get something that will work.

Pool Vacuum Heads never work as well as I think they should. The Brush arrangements act more like an obstacle course (maze) to the suction tube than scrubbers. Anyway...this one is like all the other ones I have bought during our pool's 29 year life so far. It's no better...it's no worse.

It's a little on the light side so you have to hold it down a bit and the bristles are short but for the price, I like it. Good buy for our above-ground pool.

I was skeptical at first but when it came down to it this little guy does the job. I am glad I bought this at the great price it was offered at. My pool went green and this vacuum head made it easy to flush away the dead algae!!!!

I was disappointed that the handle part of this isn't the right size to attach to the metal pole I already have from Intex. Not sure that it's worth buying another pole. Otherwise seems to be fine and work OK to the extent we've been able to use it.

Good cheap vacuum head that came with the pole attachment (some don't). It is still a little light when pulling back in the pool as it floats up just a bit with a far reach. I push forward to keep it down and it really does a great job cleaning it up.

I was hesitant about purchasing this vacuum head due to its price but to my surprise it worked great. I used it the day after I received it and it did a phenomenal job. My pool hadn't been clean due to all the rain we've had in south Florida. Definitely glad I made the purchase.
