If you are debating whether or not to do it - DO IT. I have so much respect for this business and how much care and attention goes into the well-being of these little guys. I received 4 of each color, all still alive after being acclimated to my 10 gal for 2-3 hours according to the water parameters they provided in the box. They had one extra shrimp to account for DOA issues, but unfortunately he passed away. However, the rest of the shrimp are lovely, lively, and beautiful - one of them is berried! I could not recommended this business more and I am beyond happy with my purchase. THANK YOU SWIMMING CREATURES!!! :-)

Absolutely beautiful shrimp and even arrived with a few pregnant and a few babies swimming around! Unfortunately looks like a few passed away in shipping, but I wasn't interested in compensation since the ones that did arrive were perfectly healthy and absolutely beautiful, but I'm sure this is because I am all of the way in Texas. On top of that they began reproducing almost immediately and within a month 7 became 30, and now 30 has become probably over 80! The packaging was done perfectly and there was absolutely no signs of rough handling, so I think I just got poor luck due to travel time / weather but I absolutely do not regret making the decision to raise these fantastic pets! They are so surprisingly smart and just FILLED with personality. Better than any fish I've had, and if you get attached to one It'll really steal your heart, their faces are so cute!

I have ordered shrimp from here twice. Once when it was hot out and once now that it's cold. Each time all the shrimp arrived alive. Very well packaged. I did lose a couple each time in my tank in the first day or two unfortunately but I guess that's to be expected. The shrimp are colorful and a nice size.

I am so happy with the shrimp I received from this order. I was surprised how well they were packaged, I was sent an extra couple shrimp just in case, and was very satisfied with that. It's been a few days and they're all doing just fine. All of them are bright colors and healthy. It's so nice to find a good online service for shrimp for my tank. Most of the aquarium places I've gone to like to charge $4 to $9 per shrimp. I was able to get them for about $3 each through this company.

My shrimp all arrived alive, and even with swimming babies in the bag. Several were also berried, so looking forward to even more shrimp soon. I have ordered twice now, and the shrimp sent were a great variety of colors- I got reds both cherry and dark enough to be maybe bloody Mary's, both light and dark blue, lemon yellow, orange, some clear or almost clear, some with patterns and at least two so dark blue they look black. So, really happy happy about the variety of colors! I drip acclimated my shrimp and had zero issue with acclimation. Shrimp have all been happy and active in their tank. Excellent communication from the company with questions, and highly recommend ordering from them if you are looking for adding shrimp to your aquascape and tanks.

All arrived alive & 4 of them were pregnant!
I usually don’t write reviews but had to 5-star this one. Got 14 shrimp, a variety of colors, all alive and super active. When we added them to the tank, we noticed 3 tiny babies that had to have been born within the past few days. 3 of the adult shrimp are also pregnant. I wasn’t confident buying shrimp off Amazon, but I’m pleasantly surprised with what we got. Planning to order more next week!
How to Safely Acclimate Shrimp & Fish
Proper acclimation is essential for maintaining the health of your shrimp and fish. If a drip acclimation kit is unavailable, the following steps may be used.
1. Float the bag in the tank for 15 minutes. Ensure not to exceed this time for breathable fish bags.
2. Transfer the shrimp/fish to a small container, ensuring to remove any deceased ones.
3. Add 4 ounces of your aquarium water to the container. Repeat this process 2-3 times every 10 minutes.
4. Discard half of the water from the container and repeat step #3.
5. Carefully use a net to transfer the shrimp/fish to the aquarium.

I was really skeptical at first to order but I decided to trust my gut and order. They arrived fairly quick, and 3/4th of them were healthy. 2 died on arrival and another 3 had parasites, with one dying in quaratine in under 48 hours. I do understand the risks of shipping aquatic life online, however i am disappointed by customer service. I have contacted the number for a refund for my 2 DoAs and possible 3 parasite shrimp but have not gotten any response. 1 of my healthy shrimp were berried tho, so I am grateful. However My review may change depending if I get no answer in a few days. Besides that they are entertaining to watch and are a decent size with some juvenile shrimp but some adults.Edit:They did indeed contact me back on Friday when i received Wednesday. They refunded all 5 shrimp that had issues. Definitely would recommend this store. 6/5

I’ve ordered these before and was impressed. It’s freezing here in Wisconsin and with the excellent packaging, I only had one tiny DOA. HOWEVER, I was sent more than 20 shrimp, so zero complaints from me at all. Great quality shrimp, beautiful color. I have them warming up a bit right now and they are all active. Highly highly recommend this company.

You won't see reviews from me unless my experience is exceptional or horrible. This one is exceptional. Just received my third order and once again I am fully satisfied. I received my shipment rather quickly. The shrimp were properly and professionally packaged. Two of twenty were DOA, all the rest arrived in great shape. They guarantee dead arrivals, only I won't be asking for replacement for two shrimp, besides I think they added a couple extra. Quality shrimp, that are healthy and beautiful. The price was very good, and shipping was free.

On December 3rd I Ordered 20 shrimp and I also ordered the rams horn snails to go with them that they offer. Order arrived on December 12th packaged well enough. Upon inspection there where only 16 of the 20 shrimp and over half the snails where either dead or they where empty shells from the get go. Now in their defense anyone can miss count and sometimes things are overlooked. I will say the shrimp arrived well and after a three hour drip acclimation were added into the tanks along with the snails. Unfortunately six shrimp passed very soon afterwards leaving with seven to ten shrimp left but die off is to be expected with shrimp. The shrimp that are still alive and well are absolutely stunning even if most were on the smaller side. The snails where of mixed color and the ones that are still alive are doing amazing an the egg laying has already begun. Overall I’d definitely give them another try. I’ve dealt with and had bad experiences buying off line but overall this hasn’t been one of those experiences and I would definitely give them another shot when I go to set up my fourth shrimp tank in the future. (I’ve attempted to post a review multiple times now but Amazon keeps refusing to post it, so my apologies as I skimmed over the highlights of previous attempts to provide feedback).

Shrimp look great most are doing well but I did get a few doa. In the picture provided, one was visibly dead and mostly eaten. 3 of the others were full on deaths bed. So I got about 18 healthy, for the price it’s a great deal. Just disappointed because other customers got over 20 alive. Shipping was amazing.

Shrimp is as shown good quality shrimp. I received 22 shrimp with zero DOA. They’re well packaged it has a messy insulation but that’s no big deal. They come double bagged and well sealed. They have netting and a sponge that they can cling too while being shipped. Adult size ready for breeding and a great value for what you get. Color is very nice on these shrimp. Great communication from the seller. Uses USPS which holds live animals at the post office to keep them out of the elements so be prepared to go pick them up at the post office. Delivery was very timely and sooner than what Amazon says. Tracking isn’t very good but if you have questions seller is responsive. I would recommend buying shrimp from this seller.
