Overall the installation of the mirrors was fine. The wiring for the reverse lights and switchback lights was more time consuming to run into the engine bay. No vibration on the mirrors and they look good. Two things that could be improved, the passenger mirror angle seems to be too much, so the bottom corner of the mirror can't be seen because of the door. And the instructions for wiring the switchbacks is wrong, that has to go to your trailer running lights. Would be cool to see those things be changed

I bought these for my 2015 ram 3500 due to an accident. I wanted to change the ugly mirrors that came on it originally and these were the perfect upgrade! Not only did it come with easy to use clips and wiring harness but a color booklet for which ever vehicle you chose to put them on. They seem very sturdy and well built. As well as the led lights functioning very smooth and bright. Overall updated the look and feel of my truck

These mirrors are great! Instructions were easy to understand. They sent a message through Amazon that was clear to understand. Turn signals , running lights, puddle lights, reverse lights, and mirrors motors all work. Highly recommend.

Bought these when someone hit my stock tow mirrors. I'm actually realy impressed, they look great on the Ram in spite of being a chevy style. Installation was very easy, almost plug and play and I haven't noticed vibration like some other reviews mentioned even when the mirrors are extended.

Mirrors vibrate while driving down the road, for the price of these items that shouldn’t be an issue other than that they look good but are not exact match for my 2012 as stated on their site, some of the features did not work!!!

If you order the proper ones for your specific vehicle, the wiring is fairly simple, the 2 wiring harnesses plug into the factory ones, as long as your vehicle has turn signals, equipped in the factory mirror. They include an instruction manual that clearly shows the third wiring harness,with three wires, and what they need to be connected to.The only fault I find is the left mirror mounts straight but the right one mounts abit angled back, and the bottom inside corner of the lower mirror on the right mirror gets cut out. Is this a manufacture defect? I wish the company would reach out to explain/rectify this issue.

TOW MIRROWS UP DOWN LEFT RIGHT WORK GREAT. TURN SIGNALS WORK GREAT BUT WHITE LIGHTS STAY ON WHEN TRUCK IS OF. TEMEPERATURE SENSOR NOT WORKING. DRIVER SIDE MIRROS DOES NOT HAVE PURPLE WIRE AND MISSING ONE BLACK WIRE ACCORDING TO DIAGRAM. 🤷♂️ SO MY ENGINE LIGHT IS ON DUE TO TEMPERATURE SENSOR NOT WORKING

Disliked the instruction they were wrong good thing I'm a mechanic as it had to be wired different for signals and markers also it said in the instructions if you have a problem that they are available 24/7 but no phone number or email to contact them mirrors look good but correspondence was the worst

I ordered these because someone hit my mirror on my truck & one of them got badly damaged. These look nice, the lights are great. The only downside (which is completely my fault because I didn’t read the details..) is that they don’t automatically fold in, you have to manually push them in which is different from my other mirrors & what I was actually looking for. So if you are gonna purchase these, I would really make sure you read the details so you don’t end up getting surprised like I did..
