They're pretty sturdy enethough I feel a decent amount of flex when I use them. They're only good for wide grip dips and roman pull-ups. Overall good for chest and back but incomplete if you're looking to work your arms.

I'm roughly 190lbs and so far these are holding up. I use them on my Titan T-2 rack and they fit great. You can use them in different setups to get various different grip angles/widths. Comfortable enough and will get the job done for the price.

These a good for the price. The fit on my rack was perfect for one and the other is a little loose. The handles bite into your hand quite a bit. I wrapped them in cloth tape so easy fix.

We ordered the wrong size, the width is too narrow other than that the bars are great quality. Not sure what or how we can use them. Thanks

Fits my Fitness Reality rack- albeit very tightly. Took off the plastic pieces to fit better. Sturdy and well built. Great price too.

Ordered these to use with my 2”x2” Fitness Reality squat rack. Work perfectly. Solid, they don’t move around, and they fit the holes perfectly. If anything, my squat rack moves a bit from my 250lbs hanging off of them, but they don’t move.

My cage originally came with dip bars but I found them cumbersome and they had this diamond cut pattern that just tears into my hands. I really loved these dip attachments. They fit on no problem and are much more comfortable to hold. They are very sturdy and hold me no problem. I highly recommend these.

Ever since I built a home gym a couple years ago when covid hit and gyms closed down, I've been going through dip withdrawal. I love dips and can't get enough of them, and was getting none of them because for some reason, standing dip bars rarely go below $100 at their cheapest which is a lot of money and gym space for equipment used for one exercise.I started looking into dip bars a few months ago since they finally started hitting the market again after shortages for so long. This was one of 3 options I saw that fit 1" holes and 2x2" poles to match the power rack I have. They do fit the holes, but note that they are slightly big to the point where I have to jam/hammer the peg into the rack holes to get it to fit, and sometimes even twist it back and forth in extreme cases. There is hardly any room at all for these, so don't expect to be able to take them on and off quickly and one-handed like you might your j-hooks. I picked an unobtrusive space to put them and plan to leave them there. That space is on the side of the rack. You might be inclined to put one on each side of the rack, but that results in very far apart handles, and it also has the handles in a pronated grip (like a bench press) whereas you typically want to do dips with a hammer/neutral grip (like flys). The other option is to put both bars on one side, the same way you see it in the pictures. You can do them inside the rack or outside the rack. Outside the rack is pretty much the only option since inside will interfere with squats and any pulldown attachment you have. After that, you have two options here: have the handles going outward or inward. Outward is still a bit too far apart (which is bad for dips cause it can lead to injury). Outward also results in an arm sticking out the front of the rack which would get in the way of your bench pressing or squatting. The final option is to have them inward, the way in the pictures. Inward works the best, but if anything is too close together. It's a great width for tricep dips, but chest dips should be a bit wider. Unfortunately, there are only the three width options and the other two are too wide, so this is the way to go.The material is sturdy and is no problem for my 180 lb weight. Do note though that the dips will only be as sturdy as your power rack. If your power rack isn't bolted or is on squishy floor, you might get some movement. That's a power rack issue though, not a dip bar issue. Finally, I noticed this company really pushes their local US family-run business narrative, though the box came with huge CHINA labeling on it. That's expected, but don't let their marketing trick you into thinking the product is made locally if you care about that. It's just sold locally.
