They are sturdy and fit over 3/4 inch plumbing pvc pipe snugly. The plastic is shinier and whiter than typical pvc pipe.

The product itself worked great , PVC corner 3 way elbow , however I was short shipped in the order , then was told a new replacement will be sent , then I received a $4 refund which made no sense .Good product , lousy response from the seller

(Yes, I know the tank needs to be cleaned and yes, that's Tully's backside). Since I am unable to find a suitable basking platform for my adult female red eared slider, I had to craft my own with 3/4" PVC, the corner side outlets, cork bark, fake greenery for cover, big suction cups and lotsa zip ties. Works awesome!!! Gets her right where she needs to be under the heat & UV lamps. These things are like Tinker Toys! Love it!

These were far cheaper to get than the ones at Home Depot. Anyway, they did their job right.Pros: they're cheaper than Home Depot.Cons: speaking of sturdiness, they will break and crack easily if the corners aren't maneuvered correctly in relation to PVC pipe movement load. My booth failed twice because I didn't have enough strength for the corners to stay stationary; as it fell, the pvc pipes bend inside and some warped or cracked the fittings. Balance was something I should've though soon enough. At least my project is finished.

I used these to build a PVC structure, it was a play table for my granddaughter. No plumbing application. I read a bunch of reviews that people were saying these don't fit, but they were fine for me with PVC I bought at Lowe's. Like any PVC fitting, they are so snug that tubing will only go in part way. Using PVC primer and cement, I was able to insert the PVC tubing completely.
