Fair quality, may be a bit stronger but I worry about the 2 synthetic connectors, one broken, are made of Nylon or just cheap plastic. Often this is an easy way to clandestinely cut manufacturing cost.I also replaced the handle that has 2 stamped studs that hold the whole mechanism together and the Old stock nuts did not fit the new studs...?? Metric now... Why not just include 2 new nuts with the latch...?

It has entirely to much play in it. Not matter how much I adjusted it, it would wobbly back and forth making it unable to open the tailgate. I took the plastic clips off and put it on the OEM mechanism.
