Muy versátil a la hora de tocar la tarola, porque puedes acomodar el soporte como más te acomode, es decir, lo puedes inclinar como vayas prefiriendo hacia cualquier lado.

This is my second stand. I have one for my Ludwig Legacy Maple rack tom. I got this one for my snare drum.

Conducted a bunch of research looking for a sturdy snare stand for the Roland 14-inch PD-140DS digital snare. This stand worked perfect. Good height. Can position it at all the right angles. All mechanisms stay locked into place.

This has to be the greatest snare drum stand on the market. This will work great for a tom-tom up to 12”x14” too.

I used 3S sticks, the biggest you can get and I swing hard. Cheap gear doesn't hold up very long for me. Tama has always made the strongest hardware since I started drumming in the early 80s. But there were always deficiencies with their older snare stands and their current lower end new models. This one solves ALL the issues. I've had problems with stands "walking" around on stages, tilt clutches slipping or wearing out, not able to get the basket arms in a good spot on the snare, & not able to get the perfect tilt angle & rotation of the basket relative to the stand. This is the one. Worth every penny. It's very heavy for it's size and STRONG. The feet are large and have retractable spikes to grip even the crappiest drum rug. The tilt system lets you angle it any way you can imagine and it's solid. The basket has fully adjustable arms that stay put once you get it where you want. And the basket locking scheme for your snare requires much less effort than the traditional 3 spoke grip system with a large knob/nut to get the spokes to grab the snare. Your snare locks in place in a few seconds. You can't find a better snare stand, promise.

This is a serious snare stand. I was taken aback by the weight and the engineering. I am not in the market for cymbal stands at this time, but I am strongly reconsidering replacing all of my Yamaha cymbal stands with the Tama Star series. The only drawback is the weight. I can imagine an entire set of Star hardware would require a great deal of effort to move from gig to gig. Other than that, the stand is fantastic, and I can assume that it will last for years, due to construction and reputation of Tama product reliability and longevity.
