This vertical leap measurer is really the only one on the market. That other yellow one that hangs off the rim is ghetto and no good. This one is very well made with strong and durable components. It also comes with a 22-pound weight so make sure you use Prime to avoid the shipping costs. All of the components have labeled measuring, so you know exactly how high you're jumping, no need for a measuring tape. I'm pretty sure this is the one they use at the NBA combine so don't worry about quality because its sturdy and strong. It's expensive but does what it's supposed to do with no chance of breaking. Opening the package and found defect with the T frame. Upon installation, found two screws which are suppose to be provide to secure the top fram ain't there. Have to get two makeshift screw to secure it.

Easy assemble. A little frustrating when first trying but really tightening the bolts as hard as possible makes it more stable. I think the cost should be a bit lower but it is worth the purchase versus others that I came across.

I returned this product because it was junk. The measuring vanes were thin and distorted right out of the box. They will break just by looking at them. It is very difficult to use and will definitely not provide you with accurate measurements. The product flexes and bends when fully extended. I would not waste your money on this product. Strong don't buy!!!

Wow, much better than expected. Excellent product and surprisingly arrived in great shape though the box was a mess. I measure each time with a tape measure and it's very accurate. Once a slat is touched, move it out of the way with the bar. I love having a target other than a basketball hoop.

Bought this to train my top tier outside hitters. I don't quite understand the negative revues on this products quality and design. I've had absolutely NO such negative experiences. Came complete! Easy instructions! Solid! Accurate. Maybe if abused it may break down but if all one is doing is following the instructions for proper use, there's not much to break down. Great product! Great tool! Lasting years! Still looks and functions like new! Even the paint and decals!

This is a very good product. Having said that I would still tell you to not waste your time buying this model. I ordered this tester on three separate occasions. Each time the only thing that arrived was the black weight that sits at the base of the unit. Each time Amazon very quickly and efficiently cancelled the order I received (which meant I had to pack up the weight and ship it back) and shipped me a new box. After speaking with Amazon for the 3rd time I was informed that there were ongoing issues with the shipper for this particular unit and that others had experienced the same issues. I ultimately cancelled the order and purchased the same tester in the wall mount version. It arrived promptly and operates perfectly.
