The cushions are not as thick as the picture appears… but realistically this is an outdoor furniture. It shouldn’t be as cushiony as an indoor version. Nonetheless, it was still very comfortable for us. We used this for our little outdoor glass fire pit and outdoor movie theater. Having kicked it outside for more than 3hrs, we were still comfortable. I do wish the height of the furniture was just slightly higher, but otherwise, it did a great job

Bought May 2023, Product made poorly due to areas that required screws were covered by plastic material causing me to “guess” and make a hole through the material to actually put the screws in. I was worried to make the holes because that could cause the surrounding areas to unravel.. after a hour setback, I was able to complete the assembly and while the chairs are doing well, I am concerned about how long they will last since I had to create my own holes for the screws

The product has been in use for three weeks after receipt. So far, the product has no problems. The installation is very simple. I can install it by a woman. The wicker chair is very strong. The two can be placed separately, and the padded jacket can be removed. , It’s very convenient to clean. To be honest, the padded jacket is not as soft as I imagined, but it’s not too bad, so it’s acceptable. It's a different feeling to change to a different color cushion in the future. worth having.

I was so excited to finally receive this set and it was Impossible to put together. The holes for the screws do not match up, or they do not have threads for the screws to catch on to.I have sent a email to Costway Customer Service as there is no number attached. I hope someone contacts us.So bummed!

It took alittle muscle work too put it together, but went fast, and love the set. Made very well, sturdy, and fabric is nice and comfortable!

Nice quality for the price. It’s comfy and the seat is wider then I expected. The only issue I have is with the cushions sliding. I have to figure out a way to keep them from moving while sitting.
