This table is very sturdy, but it needs to go one notch lower to be useful when using with the couch.It is very utilitarian looking, but the rubber rim keeps items from sliding off easily and the wheels move very smoothly.

The adjustable height is perfect, especially for standing while working (I’m 5'5"). It’s lightweight and easy to move around, making it great for use by the sofa or bed.The wheels are smooth and have locks for stability.

This overbed table is one of my favorite purchases of the year! My tablet can fit on it when I lay on the couch, it's very convenient. I can make it go really high or low and easily roll it wherever I need. It's great for watching movies, working, or eating. I just love it so much!

My recent purchase of the Tangkula Mobile Overbed Table is of a good quality and design. The texture of the finish is sleeky with a modern visual. The tilt feature is particularly nice when using with laptop. The materials feel durable, and the wheels lock securely with a good stability. The height is adjustable and can easily adjust it to suit whether I'm sitting on the couch or lying in bed. It’s perfect for my varying work locations throughout the day. The tabletop is spacious for a laptop. Overall, this table is ideal for anyone needing a flexible, mobile work surface. Highly recommend for its quality and functionality.

One of the most frustrating pieces of furniture I've ever assembled (and I've assembled many). As noted by other reviewers, important parts of the instruction manual are too small to easily read. In addition, I received parts that weren't in the manual (confusing) and other parts didn't seem to match up with the pictures. A metal tube had a plastic sleeve that I had to use a mallet on to knock into its' proper place (the box might have been exposed to heat). That said, after 2+ hours of trying to figure things out, I managed to assemble it well enough for my purposes. Wasn't able to get the tilt function of the table to work, but it wasn't worth boxing up this heavy beast to return to Amazon for a refund. I'd give this 5 stars if I hadn't had these problems. The unit is study, looks nice, and the table top is heavy duty plastic which is what I prefer over engineered wood.

The first thing I noticed was how well this item was packaged. Everything was wrapped carefully in thick foam. It's fairly easy to put together. The rounded tubing looks great, unlike the cheap square tubing on many others, and is rock solid. There's no sway or sag at all while in use. I also like the raised edges around the tabletop, which keeps things like pens or coffee mugs from falling off. I can use it as a regular sit-down desk, a stand-up desk, a bedside table, an armchair or sofa table. Very versatile.

I did a lot of research to find just the right table. I had some very specific needs regarding size, storage, portability, height adjustment, sturdiness, how the table edges were constructed, and how easy it is to adjust all the parts that can be adjusted. This table met them all and it was easy to put together (although, an extra person's help would have been a little easier with a couple parts). This one cost more than others I looked at, but is so worth it.The entire table seems well constructed, especially the table top itself. It rolls easily and has two locking wheels. The table top can easily be folded flat using a "lever" that you flip open and closed (to lock and unlock). There is a knob that you can remove at the base so the base can also fold up. So the entire table can lay in a flat position for storage if needed. There is a "button" you push to raise and lower the table and a knob to help secure it tighter when you get it to the right height. Neither are especially hard to push or turn which is nice for hands that have some arthritis. It also rolls far enough under the sofa that I can sit with my back against the back of the sofa which is far more comfortable. It is very sturdy and steady when in use.You do have to use the wheels with this table due to the way the height bar is constructed, so if you have a chair or sofa that sits 2 inches or less off the floor, this may not be what you are looking for. I had to raise my sofa slightly so it would roll under, but am very glad I decided to fix the issue that way. I definitely recommend this product.
