After purchasing and installing this water heater, it worked for about a week with no issues. Tried hot water at my kitchen sink and no hot water. After contacting Amazon and ultimately the seller, the seller sends back this response:"Dear Customer:Low water pressure or problems with the flow sensor can also affect the normal operation of the product. Check that the water pressure reaches 3.6 PSI. flow sensor problems: clean the sensor, check the wiring, and replace the sensor if necessary. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us. Have a nice life."This clearly is not what you'd expect from a manufacturer of a brand new product that you pay good money for and they place the onus on you to repair there defective product let alone that the response they gave, only a tech would even begin to understand and I am a HVAC Tech. What about the 87-year old grandma who has no Flippen idea what any of their response means. China either needs to step up their game it stop selling their crap to the American public.

I think I'm going to be quite pleased with this unit, though I've only been using it a couple of days so far. My main criterion for choosing this was it's dimensions (overall size and location of connections) and, of course, price. Though it has slightly less BTU output that the 10+ year old unit it's replacing, it has given me all the hot H2O that I need. AND, sort of a bonus for me was the auto-temp control, which regulates water and fuel flow to maintain the temperature you set it to. (My old one was manual where you had to estimate the two flows, and adjust seasonally sometimes) And, I think the flow sensor is more sensitive on this than my old one, though admittedly that one had grown insensitive over the years. I'll never go back to a tank, those are one step up from using a vat in the fireplace!

stopped working after a month... water doesn't heat at all it keeps turning off showing that no gas supply even tho i have my gas regulator and everything connected correctly but it's cheap product i paid over $400 i can't conact the seller or get refund...

Thankless water heater work great has constant hot water just the way I like it. Instalation was a piece of Cake Takes a lot less space made for more Storage just have to keep a clear space around the Heater

I used this product for an outside shower as well as having access to hot water. No more carrying pails of hot water through the house. Initial test worked and the water heated up instantly. Unit is quiet and was mounted out side on a brick wall. Water in from outside wall tap. NG supplied from BBQ quick connect.

Came just as described. Easy installation. Still trying to figure out how to adjust the water tempature. A little confusing, but over all so far it seems to be working.

After installing the unit no matter what we tried it simply wouldn’t work. Had gas , had water and power but it wouldn’t ignite. I can see why they don’t make them returnable but after contacting a very nice lady at Amazon customer care she refunded the purchase price and took excellent care of us.

I've only been using this for a couple of days, but I'm very impressed. This was an upgrade from my previous tankless, which I had to tinker with multiple time per year because it lacked a temperature setpoint. A 2.5" diameter exhaust pipe worked well for a 1 foot extension.

So weigh the pros and the cons with this item. The design is good with no surprises, and it has not had any issues with about two weeks of use. Installation was a breeze especially since I was replacing a similarly sized unit.So now maybe the not so good points. And they are not bad unless you want them to be. The max temperature setting is 150 degrees F not the 167 or so specified in the product description. That's not a real issue unless you are using this unit for hydronic heat or some such. Tech support may give you a method to bypass this feature, but I did not ask. Speaking of Tech support, you may not be too happy. I am a do-it-yourselfer. I examined the interior of this heater and I like it. Good design. Basic. Functional. But absolutely generic. No manufacturer identified and the manual does not provide any information about replacement parts availability. I exchanged emails with the seller (which they did not seem to understand) on this subject of parts availability and the bottom line appears to be when and if you have a problem, you have to go through the seller at Amazon. Not an issue unless you want it to be.I am happy with this purchase, but I would hesitate to do it again.
