i was building a shed unfortunately i was not able to do it within a monthi used the concrete anchor screws to fasten the shed to concrete floori drilled as indicated on box with drill bit included but to my DISAPPIOTMENT ALL SCREWS I USED SNAPPEDAFTER THE NINTH ONE I GAVE UPTHIS IS A VERY POOR QUALITY PRODUCT AND SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN SOLD ON AMAZON

THANKS TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT FOR THE HELPING IN TROUBLE SHOOTING MY PROBLEM. THE REAL TROUBLE IS THAT I AM A RENTER AND NOT THE OWNER OF THE BUILDING. I AM TRYING TO INSTALL HEAVY DUTY STORAGE SHELVING. THIS PRODUCT IS GREAT, BUT NOT THE BEST APPLICATION FOR MY DILEMMA. MY INTERIOR WALL IS HITTING SOME UNKNOWN EXTERIOR OBSTACLE THAT WONT GO PAST A ONE INCH DEPTH. CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS OFFERED A REFUND THANKFULLY. I MAY STILL KEEP THE PRODUCT BUT I THINK I NEED TO USE PLASTIC ANCHORS RATHER THAN TRY TO DEFEAT THE DEPTH PROBLEM. EITHER WAY, I DONT WANT TO DESTROY MY LANDLORDS WALL AND HAVE A BIGGER PROBLEM.
