Your cart is empty.These templates allow routing of different sized rounded corners on any workpiece using a bearing guided pattern bit. Layout, cutting and cleanup work is greatly minimized. The set include 3 clear templates each containing 4 different sized radii. Sizes range from 1/8 inch to 1 inch in 1/16 inch increments. Sizes include: 1/8, 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 9/16, 5/8, 3/4, 7/8, and 1 inch. Each individual jig is CNC machined from 5/16 inch acrylic and are 4-3/4 inches square. Comes with 4 alignment pins to position templates exactly where you want a rounded corner and screws to secure while being routed.

Quality of templates is pretty good. The only gripe I have is that 1 of the 4 pins is too large to fit into any of the holes. There doesn’t seem to be any way of contacting the seller about this product.

At least with a palm router in a plunge base, there is plenty of room for a F clamp to hold in place. Edge pins drop below flush into counterbored holes. Keep in mind the sizes don't go very large - this is not for something like a card table corner at 2 or 3 inch radius - but you can make that yourself with an edge guide or temporary base. Or buy a Jasper guide. I did not find the flat head screws useful, but that's OK.

The pins are too long to work with 3/4" material. The guides can be secured by screws instead, though that is not always practical. Pins could be shortened. (I made a shorter set out of brass.)Precision is very good. Product is easy to understand and use.

Great product but made from brittle plastic! The 3/8” radius came obliterated as seen in the pic. Replacement was immediately sent and in the same type bubble envelope. It arrived ok though. Tool makes outside radius’s very easy

Well made, sturdy when using pins. The pins fit well in the templates. I used these to round off a live edge slab for a counter top and they made the process much easier and cleaned than the jigsaw I was planning to use. I also used them to reshape a couple of cutting boards. I would recommend rough cutting the corner by hand. If you try to take a 90deg board and make a radius in one pass, you're very likely to get tearout.I haven't used the flat head screws because historically acrylic will split when wedged in that manner.

These are really handy and well made, however.... The indexing pins are a bit loose in their holes and are way too long. It’s not a problem for me though as I chose to screw them down to make bigger templates. These are invaluable as master templates that are precisely made and I really like them. 5 stars based on usefulness.

Working great. Had used it several times. Made a custom plexaglass top for my to router table for it. Have done several wall art projects and used to radius the corners. May need shorter pins for thinner Wood.
