its a little beast. Probably my most reliable small engine device that I own. Starts easy, eats up anything you throw at it, barely any maintenance, lightweight, and pretty easy to use all around. Never even heard of Tazz before this purchase and now my eyes are open.

after getting the unit installed, I found that it is not very good at tilling hard ground. It will dig down about 1/2 in jumping up and down but pulling backwards it will dig in better. Didn't know you had to be pulling backwards to get it to breakup ground. this unit is only good for previously broken up soil

No human is born knowing how to put something like this together. You either learn it from experience or have a good instruction booklet. If you have neither, make up your mind ahead of time to tackle putting this tiller together when you're in the mood for a challenge. The assembly instructions are bad, and if someone hadn't put in their review that they had to drill out some too-small holes in order to get a couple parts to fit together that need to fit together, we'd still be trying to figure out what we were doing wrong. Maybe not every tiller has that issue, but as they roll of the assembly line in a country that hasn't the words for 'quality control' in their language, it could be a different surprise you encounter. For the cost of 25 cents more per tiller, their instruction booklet could have included better pictures to go with the text. All in all though, the tiller works great so far.

We plant a veggie garden every year, and for whatever reason, my hubby would never invest in a tiller. Prior to moving a couple years ago, we tilled a small garden by hand( hard work), but this past summer, we chose to go bigger. I guess due to the pandemic, we couldn't find a garden tiller anywhere here in KY ( well, we didn't need a huge expensive one..) This little machine is soooo easy to use and it really does a wonderful job digging and separating the dirt clods, etc. Hubby used it first, and I was even able to use it, and I'm a wee sprite of a thing, and it was really EASY to use and guide. Only downside was coming unassembled, and the directions weren't exactly clear, we thought there were screws, bolts, etc. missing, but turns out they were all there! It took hubby 2 nights to assemble( after work) because of the unclear nature of the directions and diagrams, but all in all, we are very happy with it, would recommend it to anyone else with smaller gardening ideas!

I have a small garden area about 300 sq. feet. I wanted a tiller bigger than the small gas or electric cultivators, but didn’t need a big rear tine tiller, and the Tazz was the closest for what I wanted. I have used it twice and for my needs it works great. The garden area had been tilled a year ago so wasn’t tilling hard sod or soil.I am mechanically inclined, and found the assembly a little challenging, but not extremely hard. It took me a little less than two hours to assemble, taking my time. One of the plastic handle adjustment knobs was broken when I opened the box. I contacted customer service, and they immediately sent me a replacement knob.At this point l am happy with the tiller and the customer service. That being said, I would probably not recommend this for a large area of sod or a huge garden.

The Tazz 35310 - 2 in 1 is well built and has plenty of power along with easy maneuvering. I have a garden with some occasional rocks/bricks that surface every now and then and this Tazz easily kicks the stone out and lifts the machine over the rock so it doesn't wedge itself between the blades. I have a less than 5 foot wife about 90 lbs who ran the machine a few laps relatively easy even though she has never run one before. One of my favorite features is how easy it is to turn it and head back down the other direction. I am well satisfied. One star less for assembly. I am not a machine savvy individual and had no issues putting it together once I got past a bit unclear wording early on. Once past the first 3 or 4 pics, the rest flew along. I would say overall an easy setup but a bit more wording clarity would help in the early part of the directions. I am finished with Craftsman brand assuming this lasts a while. Love the oil that comes with it. First pull start was probably 3 pulls. Fairly quiet and not noisy like my craftsman! I am a big fan of the Tazz!

Not much to dislike. It's heavy enough for tough jobs and easy enough to maneuver. Perfect garden tiller and the price was right. The fact that the outer tines can be removed without tools is perfect for tilling between rows of plants. Did a great job. Of course you have to do 2 or 3 passes to soften up the hard winter dirt but it was really quite effortless. Starts right up with first pull but I use ethanol-free gasoline in this and all of my lawn and garden items. Filling the oil the first time was a bit tedious; had to lay the machine on its side but this machine is just what I was looking for.

The directions to assemble were good and everything fit together as expected. The engine started right up and I was pleased that it was quieter than a lawnmower. I bought this tiller to do minor grading work around my property. I have several areas where trees were cut down and the stumps ground up years ago, but that left the ground very even in those areas. I tried to get a landscape guy to come out with a Bobcat and grade these areas for me and he wanted $1000! No way! So I bought this Tazz tiller specifically to smooth out the mounds and low spots on my property not really knowing how well it would work. I was very pleasantly surprised at how great it worked yesterday as I tilled up 2 areas that were about 10'x10' square to smooth them out. After tilling 2 of the "humps" for about 30 minutes each I was able to go back and rake everything smooth and spread some grass seed. It really worked much better than I had hoped. The tiller is built very tough because I hit a couple 4" rocks and the tiller was not damaged at all. I have to say that this was a very good buy for me and I expect to use it for many more hours over this summer. Very pleased!
