The matte finish makes holder the cup pleasurable. Very smooth and comforting. I have had no issues with the strainer. I have used tea balls in the past and the holes have been too large, allowing parts of the loose leaf tea to end up in your cup. The lid doubles as a coaster for the strainer and keeps the beverage hot. I would absolutely by again. The green is also an long color!

Mine was shipped to me and the handle broke in shipping I assume. I asked Amazon to have this removed from my vine review and I would not request another as the weight was really heavy and wont be a good fit for me. The cap and the tea filter were really nice and fit well. The mug looks good and finish is 7/10 its complete and nice but nothing amazing. Design is good should sit well on most desks but your still going to need a coaster for the heat.If you want a heavy ceramic mug with an infuser this is good. It does transfer heat. I was not able to hold the cup without a handle when filled with hot water.

before I go on I want to say this. The first mug I received had a broken handle. I reported it broken. I had a replacement mug the next day!!!! I hadn't even had time to take the time to send the first one back yet. So good on Amazon for this.Now, onto the mug. I love the muted red color and the matte finish on the ceramic. The mug also came with a nicely made metal infuser for loose tea and a lid that fits tightly. It keeps the tea hot/warm for as long as it takes for me to drink it and I attribute this to the material and the finish. This is both an attractive and sturdy mug. I would buy from them again.

Cette tasse est top !Déjà elle est très belle, avec son style tacheté et son beau vert.Elle est épaisse et lourde, on sent la qualité.Elle a une grande contenance et un petit couvercle hermétique pour garder au chaud.Pour les personnes qui comme moi mettent du temps à finir leurs boissons, c'est idéal !L'infuseur inclut est parfaitement adapté, lui aussi très grand.C'est une belle découverte, j'en suis super contente :)

The box says, "If you treat me well, I will stay with you for a long time" and truer words have never been spoken. Both for mugs and for humans.This mug is perfect, so I wish I could give it 5 stars, but due to manufacturing imperfection of a small debris of ceramic and resultant glazing issue (see pic, it is hard to see but there is a small seed sized slag bump that seems barely glazed), I have to go with 4 stars.The mug feels great in your hands. Good weight and size.It is an awesome combo. Nice solid, sturdy, natural ceramic mug. With a "built in" infuser and cover.I am really disappointed with the slight imperfection on the inside of the mug, but I don't believe it will affect performance.The infuser is great, has just teenie tiny holes for the flavors to come through, but the leaves to stay in. I use whole loose leaf teas, not powder, so can't speak to the effectiveness of the chopped up stuff. But if you are using quality whole leaf tea, you should have a quality mug, like this one.The lid fits super snug on the infuser. If you pick up the lid, the infuser comes with it. If you use the lid with just the mug, it is a bit looser fit, but doesn't fall off. That's a tough game to play, trying to get a lid to fit two different things. I think they did a good job making it work. I do wish it was slightly tighter on just the mug, but then the fit on the strainer would be way too tight (it is almost too tight the way it is).This is my new favorite mug, and I wish I could give it the full 5 stars, but doesn't feel right with the scar on the inside. I think you should order one, as the chances of this happening on yours is pretty low (I hope), considering the quality of the rest of the product.The only thing that could make this better, is if it came with a saucer. I always have to bring something with me to put the used strainer and/or the mug on. Or even if just the lid was purposely made to fit them as holders. The lid does work upside down as a "saucer," but the fit is not great - wasn't intended to be used this way. So, really that is out of context of this review.
